How to Order

  1. Choose equipment you need from our product list.
  2. Contact our staff by phone or email.
  3. Our staff will check the availability and confirm it to you within 24 hour.
  4. Confirm the order to our staff.
  5. Once the order confirmed, please make your down payment an amount of 50% of total project cost. Please make your payment at least 24 hour before project date. Fax your payment receipt to OKTARENT at +62 21 4202900. Project is started.
  6. Any cancellation after the project started will be charge. Charge rate may vary. Please see detail below.
  7. Pick-up equipments you booked at start date. Please check condition upon pick-up.
  8. Once the project finished you may return the equipments.
  9. You may extend your project. We cannot guarantee availability.
  10. Please return the equipments on time. Make full payment. Project is closed.

PICK-UP / DELIVERY

The items you rent should be picked-up and return to our office by renter during OKTARENT business hour. Renter is obliged to check the equipment condition upon pick-up. Please show your ID Card/Driving License/Passport upon pick-up.
We also provide delivery and pick-up service by our staff with additional charge Rp 50.000,- per delivery within Jakarta area.

CANCELLATION

  • Any cancellation between down payment date up to 24 hour prior cancellation date will result in a cancellation fee an amount of 5% of total cancelled project cost.
  • Any cancellation within 24 hour prior cancellation date will result in a cancellation fee an amount of 20% of total cancelled project cost.
  • Any cancellation at the project date will result in a cancellation fee an amount of 50% of total cancelled project cost.

OVERTIME

Failure to return items will result in a late charge an amount of 50% of total project cost per 4 hour.

EXTEND PROJECT

If you need to extend your project, please confirm the date to our staff immediately. We cannot guarantee the equipments availability.

LOSS / DAMAGE

  • Renter will be charged at the latest price for any equipment that is lost or stolen for the replacement cost.
  • Renter will be charged spare part and service fee for any damage equipment. Oktarent will do the service at an appointed authorized service center. Renter is not allowed to fix any damaged equipment. Damages including malfunction, broken, scratch or tear-off.

ASSISTANT SERVICE

Photography & Lighting Assistant fee is Rp 150.000,- per person per day. Digital Assistant fee is Rp 200.000,- per person per day. Overtime Assistant fee is Rp 50.000 per 4 hours. Any additional travel and accomodation expenses will be charged to renter. Assistant service is mandatory for first time customers. Digital Assistant is mandatory for any digital back usage.

DIGITAL DATA

Oktarent is not responsible for any digital data loss. Renter is suggested to back-up any digital data immediately after the project finished. Oktarent will only keep the data in the computer for the next 48 hour. Oktarent will charge data backup service for CD-R (700MB) Rp 30.000,- or DVD-R (4.7GB) Rp 60.000,-
